ELEQUANT Consortium is glad to add University of Latvia as a partner, represented by Vyacheslavs Kashcheyevs and Andris Ambainis !
Following our successful application to the Hop-on call, we are glad to welcome University of Latvia (LU) as an additional partner to our ELEQUANT consortium from May 1st, 2026.
“This addition will advantageously complete the ELEQUANT consortium thanks to a partner who has strong competences in quantum algorithms and software” says Christopher Bauerle, PI at Institut Néel and Coordinator of ELEQUANT project.
“LU complements the already diverse excellence in solid-state experimental quantum science and quantum technology represented by ELEQUANT consortium”.
“ELEQUANT’s hardware platform offers a unique combination of opportunities that so far stayed under the radar of quantum algorithms community. Introducing hardware-algorithm co-design to the project will help unlock this potential”, says Andris Ambainis, the leader of Centre for Quantum Computer Science at the University of Latvia.
